These terms apply to use of SFM4U.com and enquiries made through the site. Specific paid services, partnerships or projects are subject to their own agreed scope and written terms.
Website and company
SFM4U.com presents SFM4U LLC’s business, digital services and connected projects. SFM4U LLC is based in New York, United States. Bangladesh company formation is planned and registration is not yet complete. The relevant contracting entity and responsibilities will be identified in each project agreement.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting a project or advertising brief is a request for discussion, not an accepted order, payment authorisation or promise that work has begun. Service scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities and fees must be agreed before work starts. Partnership enquiries do not automatically authorise anyone to act in the company’s name.
Quotes, payments and cancellations
Quotes are prepared for the specific work requested. Payment schedules, any cancellation or refund arrangements and delivery conditions are set out in the applicable quote or agreement. These terms do not replace any rights that apply under mandatory consumer law. The enquiry forms themselves do not collect payments.
Advertising services
Advertising media spend paid to a platform is separate from SFM4U service fees unless an agreement expressly states otherwise. Campaign work requires the appropriate account access, agreed scope and approved budget. Platforms control their own account, content and advertising policies. No particular sales, ranking, reach or financial result is guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and material that you are authorised to use. Do not use the site or our services for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment or attempts to compromise systems. Account credentials and access permissions must be handled through appropriate arrangements for the agreed work.
Content and intellectual property
Website content and branding belong to SFM4U or the relevant rights holders. Do not reproduce protected material beyond what is permitted by law or the relevant licence. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, third-party assets and software are addressed in the specific project agreement.
Connected projects and external platforms
Links to Algi Bazar, Golden Club and third-party advertising platforms do not make their services part of a single contract. Their own terms, policies and eligibility rules may apply. Future projects and planned features are not promises that those services are already operational.
Updates and questions
